DAY 1 Istanbul
Welcome to Istanbul! You will be transfered to your hotel
located in the heart of the old city, Sultanahmet. The
remainder of the day is yours free to explore. Overnight
Istanbul 3*.
DAY 2 Istanbul ( D )
Tour the city that spans both Europe and Asia visiting the
Blue Mosque, the Aya Sofia, Topkapi Palace and The
Hippodrome. Welcome dinner tonight at a typical Turkish
restaurant. Overnight Isatnbul 3*.
DAY 3 Istanbul to Gallipoli ( L + D )
One of the most emotionally and touching places in
Turkey,today we visit WW1 Battlefields of Gallipoli
including Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair Memorials, Anzac Cove, The
Nek, Johnston’s Jolly and Kabatepe Gallipoli
Museum. Overnight Gallipoli 4*.
DAY 4 Gallipoli to Kusadasi via Troy and Pergamum ( D )
This morning ,step back in time as we visit Troy, home of
the famed Trojan Horse.Then we tour the magnificent
acropolis of Pergamum.Its impressive temples,l
Ýbrary and medical facilities made Pergamum a renowded
cultural and political centre in its time.An afternoon
leather goods display follows.This evening ,relax by the
beach. Overnight Kusadasi.3*.
DAY 5 Kusadasi to Pamukkale via Ephesus ( D )
Absorb yourself in history today with aguided tour of
Ephesus.Feel the mystical atmosphere of the city halls and
stadium where chariot and horse races were once held.We also
visit Selcuk Museum.Carpet weaving has long traditions in
Turkey.At thecarpet village we learn how to carpets are made
by hand and what determines their value.Overnight
Pamukkale.3*
DAY 6 Pamukkale to Istanbul ( plus overnight train )
We visit the calcium terraces of Pamukkale and Roman
Hierapolis.Tonight you board an overnight sleeper train for
Ýstanbul
DAY 7 Istanbul
Transfer to your hotel.The remainder of the day is yours
free to explore.Overnight Ýstanbul.3*
DAY 8 Istanbul
After breakfast,our tour concludes and we say goodbye to our
new friends..There are two available airport transfers from
your hotel at 06:30 and 14:30
